Warranty Policy

 

Products sold by Koby Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, or its total rated life, whichever occurs first. This warranty is limited to the repair of, or replacement in kind of, any products which are proved to be defective upon our inspection. All products must be returned postage prepaid. This warranty shall not apply if product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, misapplied, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons. Koby Inc. is not resposible for disposal of products purchase. No other expressed, implied warranties, or guarantees apply except as set for therein.

Koby Inc. has the right to discontinue any product, or change product mateials, design, or specifications without advance notice.
